Smokin' Tops / Your Votes
On each Open Public Tops, you have a limited amount of votes. You are allowed as many votes as there are favorites on the Top once per day (eg: 12 favorites, 12 votes per day). You can give 1, 2 or 3 votes to your favorites depending on how much you like them.
